1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AgooCloud, a managed backup service operated by RVLWorks.
By creating an account or using AgooCloud, you agree to these Terms.
2. Company Information

3. Description of Service
AgooCloud provides a cloud-based backup service that allows users to securely store and recover data.
Users install software that automatically backs up selected data to cloud storage.
4. Accounts
To use AgooCloud, you must:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Free Trial
AgooCloud offers a free trial that includes:
- 25GB of storage
- 14 days of access
After the trial period ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription.
6. Pricing and Billing
AgooCloud uses a storage-based pricing model:
- Each unit provides 100GB of storage
- Each unit costs 6€ per month
- Users select the number of storage units
Billing:
- Billing occurs on a monthly basis
- Charges are based on selected storage units
- Payments are processed via Stripe
7. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
- You may increase or decrease your storage units at any time
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
After cancellation:
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles
- Access to the service may be limited or terminated
8. Refund Policy
Unless required by law:
- Payments are non-refundable
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AgooCloud to:
- Store or distribute illegal content
- Violate applicable laws
- Upload harmful or malicious content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
10. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The data you choose to back up
- Ensuring you have the rights to store that data
AgooCloud does not monitor or review user data.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- External factors
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AgooCloud is provided “as is”
- We are not liable for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backup practices.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the service
14. Data Deletion
Upon account termination:
- Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
- You are responsible for exporting your data before termination
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
