Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else.
