Hepsia's File Manager section permits you to administer your website content using simple point-and-click movements. Right-click shortcut menus offer fast access to different file manipulation options, whereas user-friendly drag & drop functionality will permit you to upload new files from your PC in an instant. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unpack files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The in-built drag 'n' drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly transfer files between your computer and the web server. Just select the file that you want to upload from your personal computer and then drag it over to your browser window. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. In addition, you can download files and even folders to your PC by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you can create a new file or folder with only one single click. All action buttons are handily located above the file/folder list and you can update your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, preview the contents of a file or edit its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to compress and unpack all types of files. It works surprisingly fast - simply select the files you would like to archive and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive type (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a selected directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you really do not need any third-party software to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which permits you to examine the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact show up on your site. Plus, you will find several in-built file editors, which will grant you total command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more knowledgeable individuals, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
