Acceptable use policy
Rules that protect customers, the service and third parties.

Do not use AgooCloud to store or transmit content you do not have the right to process, or content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
2. Service protection
Do not probe, disrupt, overload or circumvent security, quotas, authentication, rate limits or tenant isolation. Malware may be stored only as part of a legitimate security or backup workflow and must not be executed or distributed through the service.
3. Third-party rights
Do not infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights. You are responsible for notices and legal bases required for personal data included in backups.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate credible reports and restrict affected data or accounts when reasonably necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will notify the customer and allow remediation.
