Terms of service

1. Provider and agreement

AgooCloud is provided by RVLWorks, SL, based in Spain. These terms apply to accounts, Windows software, websites and managed backup services. By creating an account, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and accept these terms.

2. Trial and service

New eligible accounts receive up to 25 GB for 30 days without a payment card. Trial capacity, duration and eligibility may be limited to prevent abuse. Backups may pause or become unavailable for new uploads when a trial expires without an active plan; customers remain responsible for exporting needed data before any notified deletion date.

3. Accounts and software

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Windows application with the service. You may not reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

4. Backups, encryption and recovery

You choose sources, destinations, schedules, retention and encryption. Local destinations are operated and secured by you and do not use AgooCloud storage quota. Client-side encryption is recommended for cloud destinations. RVLWorks, SL does not receive or recover the chosen encryption password; losing it may make encrypted backups permanently unusable. Retention expiry permanently removes eligible cloud versions and may release unreferenced chunks. You must maintain secure password records, monitor backup results and test restores. AgooCloud is one part of a sound backup strategy, not a substitute for all local, offline or immutable copies.

5. Plans, quotas and payment

Paid subscriptions renew according to the interval shown at checkout. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payments. Storage, retention and device limits apply to the selected plan; uploads may be rejected when a quota is reached. Business workspace members share one quota pool, and the workspace owner or an AgooCloud administrator controls plan changes. Each member's backup contents remain scoped to that member's account unless a future sharing feature expressly says otherwise.

6. Availability and support

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents, network conditions and events outside reasonable control can affect availability.

7. Your content

You retain rights in your content and grant RVLWorks, SL the limited rights needed to transmit, store, maintain and return it. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to back up the content and will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate as allowed by the subscription. We may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach, using notice where reasonable. Data export and deletion follow the plan, DPA and applicable law.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

Spanish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts are determined under applicable jurisdiction rules. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.
