Cancellation and refund policy

1. Trial

The 25 GB, 30-day trial does not require payment and therefore has no trial fee to refund.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Unless law or the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.

3. Refund eligibility

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, failure to provide the paid service, or where mandatory consumer law requires a refund. Contact us within 14 days of the charge with the account email and reason.

4. Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers in the EEA may have a 14-day withdrawal right. That right may be affected when digital service performance begins with the consumer's express request and acknowledgement. Statutory rights always prevail over this policy.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control.
